Airporting

I’m finishing up another trip and sitting in Phoenix’s Sky Harbor Airport. It’s nice that they offer free WiFi at the gates. Especially if you have 5 hours to wait for you flight to take off. Scottsdale is a really nice little resort town and the hotel where the conference was being held was completely stunning. Oh yeah, the hotel that I stayed at was OK especially since they had free WiFi there as well. I’m taking a red eye flight back home whcih is something that I try to avoid since it leaves me completely wasted the next day. But I never seem to be able to do so for one reason or another. This time USAirwaysAmericanWest (they are in the process of merging) only has three filghts a day to JFK one at 4:10pm but since the conference didn’t end until 3:30 I had not chance to make that one. The next flight out is the always wonderful red eye. Maybe I’ll be able to sleep tonight. There is always the odd chance that it will happen.

Here we go Steelers!

What a great game yesterday. Pittsburgh is goin’ to the Superbowl!

Rivky’s Chanukah Play Solo

I didn’t mention this earlier because I didn’t want to jinx it for her but Rivky had a solo in the Chanukah play that her class put on last week (the last day before they went on vacation). Since our video camera broke (a long story about how that happened) Malky and I were wondering how we were going to record the play. It turns out that Malky’s sister came to the play with her video camera so we will be getting the entire play and our new camera is able to take some video as well. The video imported into iPhoto without a problem and I have now uploaded it so you can see it too.

Yes I know, I am one of “those” fathers. ;-)
